thanks for passing on the kayak, Roy. I took it for a paddle in my local canal this morning.
The good news is it is stable and light, and easy to carry. After 30 minutes paddling the north easterly wind
sprung up to about 20 knots so i could try it out against the wind (gee thanks), however it wasnt too bad.
i trolled a Slider grub on the way back, and got 3 hook ups from Tarpon.
Those things hit many times harder than a bass and put on a few good jumps for me before
I dropped them. This arvo i'll do a few mods to make it more comfy around the cockpit
where the edges are a bit sharp.
cheers Rob
