Have had a few trips to Somerset mid week of late & finding it hard to crack the code. Finding the fish but all appear to have lock jaw.

need to be on the water early Ian not 10am as we like ,you need to do a lot of sounding to find fish .lots of guys having success with evergreen little maxs 3/8size blade style bait hoping along the bottom slow rolling and on the drop similar to jackal retrives you are using. areas pelican point shallow early move out deep later on they should be heading to beem creek by now and starting to form loose schools Queen st area and go way up to Vilnova (sic)in the creek drop down the banks.
