The Hinze Dam Fish Management Advisory Committee (HDFMAC) has been pushing to get any fish in there out and back into the dam before it was pumped dry and filled with concrete. The Hinze Dam Alliance started pumping it out yesterday and we were allowed up there to help get the fish out before it ran dry. Had an infection in her foot but it looks as though it has been beaten, Still a long way to go. Jill is down to 57kg. Dave is taking it hard not being with her, as he is back on Murray Is.

Imagine the chaos at the boat ramps. With the school holidays coming up in the next week or so, I would imagine the fish will be a little shy for a while too.
