Normality at the weir FLOOD-BOUND One of my launching spots (Roy, you should know this one) FLOOD-BOUND The water was lapping the bottom of the bridge...looks like I wont be paddling again for anytime soon. Least it gives the river a good flush, and the fish a great chance to move upstream.
